Position: UGC NET Faculty (All Subjects)
Department: Academic / Teaching

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, concept-based lectures (Online/Offline)
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, presentations, and study materials
- Explain concepts with practical examples and exam-oriented approaches
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance
- Prepare students with previous year questions and mock tests
- Design quizzes, assignments, and evaluation methods
- Analyze student performance and provide improvement strategies
- Stay updated with the latest UGC NET syllabus, exam patterns, and trends
- Mentor and motivate students for better results
- Participate in academic planning and content development
- Record video lectures and create digital learning content when required





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified UGC NET / JRF preferred:
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience in online/offline teaching preferred
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools is an advantage

Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience teaching UGC NET aspirants
- Experience in coaching institutes or online education platforms
- Ability to create exam-focused study resources

Job Type: Full-time / Part time
Location: DUMDUM
Subjects: All UGC NET Subjects (Paper 1 & Paper 2)

Pay: ₹9,814.16 - ₹53,830.46 per month
