Antheia is an intimate boutique resort at Pawna Lake, offering a unique escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are just 2.5 hours away from Mumbai, 1.5 hours from Pune and 45 mins from Lonavala. We are spread across 3 acres of area, have 3 types of accommodation and currently have 7 keys/ 9 rooms along with the banquet and restaurant facility.

Job Title: Commi-I/ DCDP Chef (Tandoor + Curry Specialist)
Experience: 5 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Tandoor and Curry dishes, ensuring taste and presentation consistency.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen setting.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.




- Train junior kitchen staff in Tandoor and Curry techniques.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Indian cuisine, with expertise in Tandoor and Curry preparations.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for hospitality.
