Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders.
- Issue raw materials, consumables, and spare parts to production/maintenance departments.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation and reporting.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment.
- Handle documentation (GRN, Material Issue Slip, Stock Register, etc.).
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts for material inward/outward.
- Support audit requirements with complete store records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms in store operations.

Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or relevant field.




- 2-5 years of experience in store/inventory management in manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with stock reconciliation and audit processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple items and categories.
- Team coordination with purchase, accounts, and production.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
