- Experience: Minimum 6+ Years of experience in Quality Engineering, designing and implementing test automation frameworks for web and API platforms. Expert in.Net/Python and tools such as Playwright, PyTest, Load Runner and DevOps, with a robust focus on shift‑left testing, CI/CD integration,
and scalable, reliable test suites. Proven track record leading quality strategy, mentoring QA/SDETs, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver high‑quality, release‑ready software at speed.”

- Quality Strategy and Leadership
- Define and Implement quality engineering strategy across multiple products and teams
- Establish testing standards, processes, and quality governance frameworks
- Drive adoption of shift-left testing and developer owned quality practices
- Define quality metrics, KPI and release readiness criteria
- Build a culture of continuous quality improvement
Automation and Engineering Excellence
- Establish scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and modern testing tools
- Define automation strategies for UI, API, Integration and performance Testing
