Job Title: Staff Nurse - Operation Theatre (OT)

Key Responsibilities:
- ⁠ ⁠Prepare patients for surgery and provide perioperative nursing care in the OT.
- ⁠ ⁠Set up and maintain a sterile OT environment, including instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- ⁠ ⁠Assist surgeons and anaesthetists as scrub and circulating nurse during minor and major surgeries.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor patients’ vital signs and document nursing care accurately throughout the surgical process.
- ⁠ ⁠Follow hospital protocols for infection control, patient safety, and OT documentation.

Qualifications:
- ⁠ ⁠GNM / BSc Nursing with valid registration (mandatory).
- ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of dedicated OT experience in a hospital setting.
- ⁠ ⁠Robust knowledge of sterile techniques, OT equipment, and perioperative nursing practices.
- ⁠ ⁠Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
