Our work spans content strategy, video production, design, branding, and digital growth. We work with content writers, strategists, video editors, and graphic designers on an ongoing basis.

Role Overview

We are looking for a remote HR Executive who can own the end-to-end hiring and people management process for creative roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and KYC collection.
- Act as the point of contact for freelancers and team members for HR-related communication.
- Support hiring for multiple roles simultaneously across India (remote).
- Ensure smooth communication between talent and internal teams.

Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition,



or Recruitment (agency/startup experience preferred).
- Robust calling and communication skills (English + Hindi).
- Comfortable hiring creative professionals and freelancers.
- Organized, responsive, and process-driven.
- Ability to work remotely with accountability and discipline.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
