Job Overview:
PEGA Technical Leader plays a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based business process management (BPM) and case management solutions. This role requires a solid blend of technical expertise in Pega, leadership skills, and an understanding of business processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership and Architecture:
- Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to Pega development teams, including senior system architects, system architects, and business architects. Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Pega Best Practices: Champion and enforce Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrail compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.-
- Technical Debt Management: Proactively identify and recommend solutions to mitigate technical debt, ensuring the long-term health and maintainability of Pega solutions.
Development and Implementation Oversight:
- Hands-on Development (as needed): While primarily a leadership role, may participate in hands-on development for complex or critical components, proof-of-concepts, or to troubleshoot challenging issues.
- Development Process Oversight: Oversee the entire Pega development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of Pega solutions through robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
- Requirements Translation: Collaborate with business analysts and product owners
