Roles & Responsibilities - DTP Operator cum MCB Specialist
- Design school circulars, certificates, brochures, banners, invitations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all creative work follows the school's branding guidelines.
- Manage and update student, parent, and staff data in the MyClassBoard (MCB) ERP.
- Publish circulars, notifications, Weekly Snapshots, attendance, report cards, and academic updates through MCB.
- Provide technical support to teachers and parents for MCB-related queries.
- Generate reports related to admissions, attendance, examinations, and student records.
- Coordinate with academic, administrative, transport, accounts, and admissions teams for timely ERP updates.
- Update the school website and support digital communication initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Provide design and technical support during school events, programmes, and admissions activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of digital records, backups, and documentation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal or Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹10,201.88 - ₹25,000.00 per month
