Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Client Relationship Executive who can handle both client communication and on-ground business development. The role involves telecalling potential clients, managing inquiries, and visiting banquet halls/venue managers to generate leads and build partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via calls and follow up on inquiries (Telecalling)
- Understand client requirements and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Visit banquet halls, event venues, and hall managers to build partnerships (Field Visits)
- Maintain solid relationships with venue managers for consistent lead generation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of catering services
- Track leads, conversions, and client interactions
- Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to event completion

Requirements:
- Experience 2+ Years
- Fluent in Bengali and English




- Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event management (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with both office work (calling) and field visits
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: ₹2,000 per confirmed booking
- Travel allowance for field visits (if applicable)
