Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off:1 rotational off

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and performance-oriented Digital Marketer to strengthen our online presence, generate qualified leads, and drive patient engagement through digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Monitor campaign performance and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Improve website rankings for targeted keywords.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.




- Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO.

Social Media Marketing
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

Content Marketing
- Coordinate with doctors and the creative team for educational and promotional content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone and healthcare compliance.

Website & Landing Pages
- Update website content regularly.
- Optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with developers for website improvements when required.
- Support WhatsApp marketing and automation for patient engagement.
- Track campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
