Role Title : AVP, Solution Architect - EIS (L 11)

Organizational Overview:
Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Solution Architect - Enterprise Integration Services plays a pivotal technical role within the Synchrony by providing deep technical expertise across the Middleware platform and its components, including Java Spring Boot, cloud services, and integration/messaging technologies,



with a focus on developing enterprise-grade, resilient orchestrated microservices and data services that are platform-agnostic and deployable across any cloud environment, leveraging tools and technologies such as IBM ITX, Boomi, IBM MQ, Kafka, Amazon MSK, and other relevant integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and engineering delivery for recent enterprise services/platforms and ongoing enhancements within a SAFe delivery model.
- Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to align solution direction with prioritized business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for cross-functional, multi-platform systems, ensuring quality, scalability, availability, extensibility, and maintainability.
