About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content ideas.
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts for maximum reach.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Stay updated with the latest platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.




- Experience with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and internet culture.

Preferred Skills
- Understanding of SEO and YouTube optimization.
- Ability to identify viral content opportunities.
