Role description

Business Continuity Analyst and be a key player in safeguarding our world-class brand and reputation This role offers the chance to work closely with our Business Leadership on ambitious projects that improve the resiliency of critical business functions. Working with the Director of Enterprise Resilience, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving our business continuity management program.

What you'll Do

Support the administration of Customer’s Enterprise Resilience program, ensuring components like Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and recovery plans are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with business requirements. Develop and deliver schedules and materials for Business Continuity training and awareness activities to ensure teams are proficient in implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Facilitate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including walkthroughs and remote recovery scenarios. Manage and coordinate content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites.



Ensure integration of recent services into Customer’s business continuity management program. Support strategy development and in-house training for business continuity initiatives. Perform other activities as required to support enterprise resilience.
