Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads focused on lead generation for our courses
- Manage and grow our social media handles with engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Create and coordinate content — creatives, captions, videos, blogs, and landing pages — in collaboration with the team
- Execute SEO activities (on-page, off-page, keyword research) to improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance (CPL, CTR, conversions) using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, and optimise for ROI
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in the ed-tech/training space
- Support offline marketing events, webinars, and seminar promotions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any discipline with digital marketing certification
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience in an ed-tech company, IT training institute, or agency handling technology education clients (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO,



and social media management
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and basic video editing tools
- Robust copywriting and creative skills; ability to write for a Kerala student audience
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English content creation is an advantage
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
