We're Hiring: Communication Skills Trainer

Are you passionate about helping students become industry-ready? We are looking for experienced and engaging Communication Skills Trainers to deliver high-impact training programs that enhance students' employability and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive classroom sessions on communication skills and verbal aptitude.
- Train students in spoken English, business communication, presentation skills, interview preparation, group discussions, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct activities that build confidence, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Utilize our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver content, track learner progress, manage assignments, and evaluate performance.
- Assess student learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessments, and reports as required.
- Collaborate with academic and program teams to ensure effective training delivery and continuous improvement.





Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (MA) in Literature and Mass Communication, or a related field (English, Communication, Linguistics).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience with a good track record of training students in universities or industry. Must have worked in diverse fields such as corporate training, placement training, and training different kinds of people altogether.
- One internationally recognized English teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL).
- One Train-the-Trainer certification (e.g., ATD, ISTD, or Dale Carnegie).
- Public speaking experience (e.g., Toastmasters or equivalent).
- Experience teaching employability skills, group discussions, interviews, presentations, and business communication.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for communication, content creation, and workplace productivity.
- Solid command of spoken and written English.
