Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Company: Reinvent Carbon Private Limited

Experience Required: 2-5 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance (graphite, carbon, refractory, or similar process industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery (furnaces, presses, mixers, material handling equipment).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults across plant equipment.
- Plan and execute shutdown maintenance with mínimal production disruption.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, permit-to-work).
- Coordinate with production and vendors for repairs, calibration, and equipment upgrades.
- Conduct root cause analysis on breakdowns and recommend preventive actions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
