Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication until closure.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM or database.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
