Required from food industry, hospitality industry only

HR & training experience, ideally in QSR or hospitality.

Bachelor’s in HR, Business AdministraƟon, or Hospitality Management.

Solid grasp of QSR workflows and food safety protocols.Comfortable being on the floor and traveling between sites.

Build onboarding that gets current hires confident on POS, food safety, cash

handling, and Suggest selling within week one.
- Coach shiŌ leaders and managers on leadership, conflict Resolution, and team

Delegation so they can run stores independently.
- Travel between locaƟons to run training, audit performance, and act as the point

person for employee relaƟons and grievances.
- Coordinate engagement acƟviƟes and recogniƟon programs that actually

improve morale and retenƟon.
