Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Client Engagement
- Respond to all incoming leads and inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
- Proactively call, engage, and follow up with potential clients to understand their requirements and explain available treatments.
- Build rapport with potential clients and guide them towards booking a clinic consultation.
- Ensure timely response to all leads to maintain high lead conversion potential.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and service-oriented approach while communicating with clients.

2. Lead Conversion & Appointment Scheduling
- Convert inquiries into confirmed clinic appointments and walk-ins through effective communication and persuasion.
- Provide explicit and accurate information about treatments, procedures, consultation processes, and clinic services.




- Assist clients in selecting appropriate consultations or treatments based on their needs.
- Coordinate with clinic managers, doctors, and therapists to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Ensure appointments are properly recorded, confirmed, and communicated to the clinic team.

3. Lead Tracking & CRM Management
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Track lead status including new leads, contacted leads, follow-ups, converted leads, and lost leads.
- Ensure no lead remains unattended or without follow-up.
- Update lead records with notes from conversations and next follow-up timelines.
- Generate or support preparation of basic reports related to lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.

4. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media platforms.
