Job Summary

The Business Associate will handle outbound sales calls, understand customer requirements, and offer suitable solutions while ensuring adherence to company processes and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to achieve sales targets
- Identify customer needs and determine eligibility for services
- Deliver explicit and effective product communication
- Handle customer concerns and objections efficiently
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Minimum Requirements




- 6+ months experience in an international contact center (sales domain preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an English-medium education background may also apply.
