DDS is seeking a Senior Data Scientist based in Amgen India to deliver advanced analytics and data science solutions in close partnership with global R&D; stakeholders.



This role will report to the India Principal Data Scientist and operate as a hands-on individual contributor, with no formal line management responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Hands-On Analytics & Solution Delivery:
- Independently design, build, implement, launch, and maintain analytical solutions aligned to business strategies, goals, and roadmaps- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into well-scoped analytical approaches
- Implement cutting-edge analytics, AI/ML, and automation solutions across R&D; use cases
- Own delivery of key performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products, continuously improving efficiency, quality, and scalability

Global Collaboration & Delivery Execution:
- Collaborate closely with onshore DDS leaders, business partners, and IS/DTI teams to deliver analytics solutions aligned to global DDS standards
