DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own the design, development, maintenance, and standardization of recurring metrics, reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that support business reviews and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating reporting outputs, implementing quality checks, and proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- Partner closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and enhance existing reporting and analytical processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on reporting, BI, and data-related issues, and recommend scalable solutions to improve reporting quality and operational efficiency.
- Support ad hoc analytical requests and deep-dive analyses by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Continuously enhance existing reporting frameworks by incorporating current business requirements, improving standardization,



and increasing reporting efficiency.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations and how reporting, metrics, and analytical frameworks translate into measurable business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for innovation by proposing new metrics, analytical frameworks, and process improvements that deliver business value.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Expertize with visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau or Power BI

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python preferably)
