WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Execute routine billing processes (meter-read imports, invoice generation, provider uploads). Utility Billing
- Processing, review and reconciliation of invoices - either manual or automated.
- Update and maintain all production reports accurately within deadlines.
- Escalate discrepancies to senior analysts promptly.
- Follow SOPs, maintain SLAs, and complete training modules.
- Meet accuracy and productivity targets as established by management.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 2-3 years of experience as an operational analyst in Banking or similar field.
- Basic to Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the globe.
- Fluent oral and verbal English communication skills.
- Eye-to-detail and utmost diligence to complete the tasks assigned.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
