Inspection of Stamped Parts using measuring instruments like Profile Projector, Tool Makers microscope, VMS, Force gauge, Vernier, Micrometres etc.
- SAP awareness - inward & outward transactions.
- Knowledge of Statistical tools, Print reading, Problem solving techniques, Mistake proofing, APQP process are essential
- Use standard measuring instruments, both mechanical and electronic.
- Read and understand Engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, FAI documents & reports
- Support, Handling manufacturing / vendor in resolving quality issues.
- Flexibility to Work in shifts depending on need basis.
- Handling nonconformities using QC tools.
- Robust communication and coordinate internal & external stake holders.
