Purpose:
To safeguard all intellectual property created, developed, or used during employment.
Policy Guidelines:
- All work products, inventions, designs, reports, software, presentations, research, and business materials created during employment shall remain the exclusive property of the company.
- Employees must maintain confidentiality regarding trade secrets, business strategies, customer information, and proprietary data.
- Employees shall not disclose or use company intellectual property for personal gain or third-party benefit.
- Upon separation from the company, all company documents, files, and intellectual property must be returned immediately.
To protect the company's intellectual property, software, digital assets, and confidential information from unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
