Job Description: Accountant

Location: Barabazar, Kolkata (Near Nandram Market, Brabourne Road) Position: Accountant Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records and manage daily ledger entries using Tally.
- Billing & Invoicing: Efficiently handle the end-to-end process of invoice generation and billing management.
- Tax Compliance: Manage and ensure accurate filing/compliance regarding TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as required by management.
- Office Operations:



Maintain organized financial documentation and support general administrative accounting tasks.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of skilled experience in accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime is mandatory.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of TDS regulations, billing processes, and invoice generation.
- Commitment: Must be available for a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
