Position: General Manager - Real Estate Sales

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across projects.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, investors, and key clients.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Review sales MIS, pipeline reports, and conversion metrics to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews,



training, and coaching sessions for the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to formulate effective sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
- Real Estate certifications will be an added advantage.
