We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Analyst + Manual Tester Trainees in the Healthcare domain. This is a 3-month structured training program(Remote) designed to make you industry-ready, followed by an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities (During Training & After Onboarding)
- Learn and assist in requirement gathering and documentation:
- Analyze healthcare workflows and business processes
- Conduct competitor research to improve product features
- Prepare documents like:
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- User Stories
- Functional Specifications
- Perform manual testing:
- Test case creation
- Test execution
- Bug reporting & tracking
- Work closely with development teams to ensure quality delivery




- Participate in product improvement discussions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
