You will manage outbound sales calls, handle inbound customer inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain precise customer databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases to pitch products or services.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, address queries politely, and resolve issues professionally.
- Service Explanation: Explain company offerings, features, pricing, and advantages clearly to drive consumer interest.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up with interested clients and convert prospective inquiries into successful sales or scheduled appointments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
