The HR Recruitment will play a crucial role in managing the human resources operations across all our business verticals, ensuring the implementation of effective HR strategies, policies, recruitment and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all divisions.
- Employee Onboarding & Development:
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure current hires are effectively integrated into the organization.




- Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management issues.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure all HR practices adhere to company policies and local labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards.
- HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics.
