Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through various sources.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide accurate information regarding course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain admission records.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
