VDI L3 Responsible for design, optimization, and L3 support of VDI environments, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.\

Design and implement VDI solutions (Citrix / VMware / Azure AVD)\

Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization\

Key Responsibilities

Own complex incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management\
\
Manage gold image lifecycle, automation, and configuration standards\
\
Implement and optimize profile management (FSLogix, containers)\
\
Integrate VDI with identity/security solutions (AD, Azure AD, Conditional Access)\
\

Skill Requirements
