About the Role
We are a lean, founder-led organisation supporting US-based small businesses. The Founder’s Office Operations Associate works as a direct extension of the founder. The work is deliberately broad and dynamic. There is no fixed, narrow job description. Success depends on initiative, continuous learning, clear spoken English, and the ability to manage end-to-end tasks without constant supervision.

You will handle client conversations, research and implement practical AI and automation tools at low cost, prepare materials such as websites and pitch decks, coordinate internal processes (including hiring support), and build long-term qualified relationships with clients. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, rapid learning of new tools, and high personal accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional video and voice conversations with US small-business clients,



building trust and delivering practical business support.
- Research emerging AI and digital tools and implement low-cost, workable solutions for internal use and client needs.
- Create and maintain simple websites, pitch materials, process documents, and other founder-office deliverables.
- Support end-to-end operational tasks including coordination of hiring processes, follow-ups, and administrative execution.
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear updates so the founder can focus on higher-level decisions.
- Operate with ownership: identify what needs to be done and execute, even when instructions are incomplete or priorities shift.
