About the Role:We are hiring a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead Master Concessionaire retail operations at Patna Airport. This role is focused purely on Retail Business (Non-F&B; segment) and requires strong expertise in managing high-footfall environments.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complete retail floor operations at the airport
- Handle and coordinate with sub-tenants for smooth business operations
- Ensure high standards of Visual Merchandising (VM) across stores
- Drive sales performance through conversion and customer engagement
- Monitor and optimize stock levels & inventory management
- Deliver premium customer service experience
- Lead, train, and manage store teams effectively
- Analyze and improve retail KPIs like ASP, ATV, SPSFEligibility Criteria:




- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Retail Industry (mandatory)
- Leadership: 4-6 years in Store Manager / Area Manager / Operations Manager role
- Must have handled direct team management

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM)
- Expertise in Retail KPIs (ASP, ATV, SPSF)
- Inventory & stock management knowledge
- Robust leadership & team handling ability
- Experience in high footfall environments (Airport/Mall preferred)

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
