Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and distribution operations for our FMCG business. This role will be responsible for logistics planning, transportation management, dispatch execution, freight optimization, and multi-channel distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute logistics plans to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient product deliveries.
- Manage end-to-end dispatch operations across multiple locations and distribution points.
- Ensure complete visibility and control over vehicle movement, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
- Drive logistics capacity planning aligned with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Identify, onboard, and manage transport partners to support business requirements.
- Negotiate freight rates, transportation contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Monitor transportation costs and implement initiatives to improve freight efficiency.




- Ensure professional transport management practices and compliance standards.
- Manage logistics operations across: General Trade, Up-to-date Trade, Canteen Stores Department, E-commerce and Emerging Channels
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams for effective vehicle planning and dispatch scheduling.
- Align logistics operations with business priorities and customer requirements.
- Provide regular operational updates, performance reviews, and improvement recommendations to the Founder’s Office.
- Process Excellence & Systems Development
- Design and implement SOPs, logistics workflows, and governance mechanisms.
- Transform traditionally managed logistics processes into a structured, technology-driven function.
- Track and improve key logistics KPIs, including:
- On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Freight Cost per Unit
- Vehicle Utilization
- Transit Time Adherence
- Order Fulfillment Efficiency
