Glorious has an immediate requirement for a Civil Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications Inspecting construction sites regularly
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Reporting on daily progress and adherence to planned schedules.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction related activities and progress.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working on site - Minimum 2 years.




- Completion of any post-secondary education construction training program.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- The ability to interpret blueprints
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
