This role will be based in India, providing pre-sales engineering support to regional teams, with close collaboration with local country experts (e.g., Singapore team)



for site-specific, regulatory, and commercial inputs.

The role of a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer involves the following responsibilities:
Conducting both preliminary and detailed pre-sales engineering to assess project suitability, understand requirements, and quantify scope for BMS and Fire Alarm tenders, including service, retrofit (A&A;), and system migration projects

Reviewing tender documents, site information, and available as-built drawings to identify system requirements, HVAC equipment, fire alarm systems, field devices, and interface points

Reviewing sequence of operations and fire cause & effect, identifying gaps in specifications related to I/O summary and system requirements

Preparing key deliverables such as RFIs, equipment summaries, data point schedules, loop/device schedules, and bills of material, including:
Selection and sizing of BMS devices (sensors, valves, actuators, controller
