Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, hardware, and plumbing sectors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including contractors, builders, retailers, and dealers.
- Promote and sell company products to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present product information, quotations, and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reporting.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, hardware, or plumbing products.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
