Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle end-to-end client coordination, including product inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with Production, PPIC, QA, QC, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Third Party Manufacturing/Contract Manufacturing business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Third Party Manufacturing/Contract Manufacturing sales in a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in handling domestic pharma clients.
- Existing network within the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent presentation skills.
Compensation
- Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and interview performance).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
