Hiring Alert - MIS Executive

Location: Waddhamna, Nagpur
Salary: 15000 to 25000
Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Com / BBA / MBA
Experience: 2-3 Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights
- Manage large datasets using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation
- Create dashboards and performance reports for management review
- Maintain records and support business decision-making through data analysis

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
