Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for recurring services and renewals
- Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth service scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally
- Maintain proper customer records and update CRM software regularly
- Collect customer feedback after service completion
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
- Support the sales and operations team in customer coordination
- Prepare daily follow-up reports and customer status updates
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all times

Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong follow-up and customer handling ability
- Good computer and CRM software knowledge preferred, Excel (Formulas) & Google sheet knowledge preferred
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple clients

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any field preferred
- Experience in CRM, customer support, tele calling, or client handling preferred
