Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope

• Developing project scopes and objectives,



involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring

technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Gather intelligence from clients and market segment about the needs and potential

• Own and develop relationships with various stakeholders, working with them to optimize and

enhance the product

• Evaluate, test and recommend recent opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT

processes

• Ensure that product features are verified and validated against the defined requirements

• Communicate key insights and findings to product team

• Help design, document and maintain system processes

• Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior and market

Requirements

• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills and client

management skills
