Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to meet targets
- Optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and reduced wastage
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost -saving initiatives
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
