ROLE
OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Product Owner
who combines strategic product thinking with hands-on expertise in the
Microsoft Power Platform. You will own the end-to-end delivery of scalable
low-code solutions — from discovery and backlog management through to deployment
and adoption — working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional
delivery teams to drive measurable process improvement and digital
transformation.

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and business
objectives for Power Platform solutions.

• Translate business needs into well-structured user
stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritise the product backlog continuously
based on business value, risk, and strategic goals.

• Drive product decisions using data, user feedback, and
measurable business outcomes.





• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify digital
transformation and process optimisation opportunities.

Solution Design & Discovery

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering
sessions with business users and SMEs.

• Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned with
business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify
automation opportunities using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows).

• Produce process maps, solution blueprints, user journey
maps, and functional specifications.

• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable,
and compliant with organizational governance policies.

Agile Delivery Management

• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders,
development teams, QA, and project leadership throughout the delivery
lifecycle.

• Participate in and facilitate sprint planning, backlog
refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and validate
delivered functionality against acceptance criteria before release.

• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests in
collaboration with project leads.

Power Platform Governance

• Enforce adherence to Power Platform governance, security,
and environment management best practices.

• Collaborate with platform administrators and solution
architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.

• Promote reusable components, coding standards, and
solution standardization across the platform.

• Support adoption of Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI
Builder capabilities where applicable.

• Contribute to or operate within the Power Platform Centre
of Excellence (CoE) framework.





Stakeholder & Change
Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business
leaders, process owners, and end users.

• Conduct solution demonstrations, run user training
sessions, and drive platform adoption activities.

• Gather continuous feedback and iterate on products to
reflect evolving business needs.

• Define, track, and report product success metrics through
KPIs and business outcomes.
