Your role involves developing new and advanced process formulations, defining equipment hardware to meet processing requirements, evaluating test data, and coordinating design requirements to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Your expertise and knowledge play a crucial role our customers success, making an impact on the next generation of semiconductor breakthroughs.nn## What youu2019ll donn * Develop physics-based feature-scale models of plasma deposition using SEMulator3Du00ae, incorporating key physical mechanisms into the modelsn * Analyze simulation outputs and compare predicted results with experimental measurements in partnership with process engineering teamsn * Identify gaps or mismatches between simulated and experimental trends and propose model refinementsn * Prepare clear visualizations, summaries, and technical documentation to communicate modeling results and insightsn * Apply ML methods (RSM, Gaussian Processes, Neural Nets, Bayesian optimization) to create rapid predictive guidance for experimentsn * Work closely with process engineers to validate and guide both simulations and ML predictions for their customer demosn * Participate in technical discussions and design reviews to improve methodology and modeling best practicesn * Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting learnings, challenges, and recommended modeling strategies nnnn## Who weu2019re looking fornnMinimum Qualifications:nn * Masteru2019s or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science,
