Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced PPC/Adwords Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our pay -per -click advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of PPC platforms.




Responsibilities:



- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, etc.).

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.

- Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy to improve ad relevance and quality score.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to management.

- Manage and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in PPC and SEM.




Requirements

Requirements:


- 5+ years of experience in PPC/Adwords management.

- In -depth knowledge of Google AdWords and other PPC platforms.

- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.





- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Experience with keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

- Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns and improving ROI.

- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.

- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.


Skills Required:


- Google AdWords Expertise: Proficient in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

- Other PPC Platforms Knowledge: Experience with Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.

- Keyword Research: Ability to conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high -performing keywords.

- Ad Copywriting: Crafting compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.

- Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting tools.

- Bid Management: Knowledge of manual and automated bid strategies.

- Landing Page Optimization: Understanding of how to create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.





- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem -solving skills and the ability to make data -driven decisions.

- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in campaign setup and monitoring to avoid costly mistakes.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating reports and collaborating with the team.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Adaptability: Staying updated with the latest trends and changes in PPC and quickly adapting strategies.

- Collaboration: Working effectively with other team members, including marketing, design, and content teams.

- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Familiarity with CRM Systems: Understanding how PPC campaigns integrate with customer relationship management systems.

- Technical SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles that complement PPC strategies.


Certifications:


- Google Ads Certification: Certifications in Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Display Advertising, etc.

- Google Analytics Certification: Certification in Google Analytics to demonstrate proficiency in analytics.

- Bing Ads Accreditation: Certification in Bing Ads to show expertise in managing Bing campaigns.
