About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and transport new vehicles safely between the showroom, stockyard, RTO, workshop, and customer locations.
- Support customer test drives and vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure all display and test drive vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any damage or maintenance requirements.
- Assist with vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation-related movements.
- Maintain vehicle movement records and trip logs.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth vehicle movement and timely deliveries.
- Carry out other showroom-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent.
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a car dealership or automobile showroom.
- Good knowledge of Erode and surrounding areas.
- Clean driving record with a strong focus on safety.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly.
