Job Description - Civil Engineer (PEB Industry)

Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Zahirabad, Telangana

Industry: Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Manufacturing

Experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, logistics parks, and steel structure foundations is mandatory.
- Profiles from residential buildings, highways, bridges, or general infrastructure projects will not be considered.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil works for PEB projects.
- Execute foundations, pedestals, anchor bolt fixing, plinth beams, PCC, RCC, industrial flooring, and drainage works.
- Verify foundation layouts, levels, and anchor bolt positions before steel erection.
- Coordinate with design, PEB engineering, production, and erection teams.
- Review structural and civil drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Monitor contractor performance, labour productivity, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings,



quality standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material reconciliation, billing measurements, and project MIS.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site quality procedures.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PEB-related civil works, industrial foundations, anchor bolt installation, RCC works, industrial flooring, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ verification, billing, and project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
