Key Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js + TypeScript).
- Expertise in Next.js preferred; React.js experience with adaptability to Next.js is acceptable.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps, including CI/CD, deployments, server management, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, clean code, and secure development practices.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
- Excellent English communication and client interaction skills.
- Exposure to AI coding tools/agents is a plus.
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, REST APIs, and GraphQL is advantageous.
- Strong ownership mindset and passion for building scalable, maintainable solutions.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
