About Qwind

Qwind is a leading manufacturer of premium aluminium windows, doors, and façade systems. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
- Meet architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Project execution.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets,



and industry events whenever required.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3-8 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Field Sales.
- Experience in Building Materials, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Glass, Façade, UPVC, Hardware, Construction, Paints, Tiles, Cement, Plywood, or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the construction and building materials market is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must be willing to travel across Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
